Artist Bio
Christina Anderson has obtained her BA in French from the University of Minnesota in 1979, her BA in Photography from Montana State University in 2000, her BFA in Painting/Studio Art also from Montana State University, and her MFA in Photography from Clemson University in 2005. She currently works as a professor of Film & Photography at Montana State University. Her main focus is on vanitas style photography, which is a style of art that emphasizes the viewer’s mortality and the worthlessness of worldly goods and pleasures.
