Rudy Salgado incorporates printmaking, hand blown glass, sculpture, and performance into his work exploring the relationship to the human body. Salgado received his MFA in Printmaking with a minor in Ceramics at Iowa State University in 2012 and his BFA in Printmaking 2007 from California State University, Chico. Salgado is the Co-founder of Executive Director of Calliope Arts, a collaborative printmaking workspace in Louisville, Kentucky.
Susanna Crum is an artist who uses cyanotype, lithography, video and sculpture to investigate the intersection of past, present, and future in maps and other printed ephemera. Crum received her MFA and MA in Printmaking with minors in Sculpture and Intermedia from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, and her BFA from the College of Architecture, Art and Planning at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. Crum is also the Co-Founder of Calliope Arts.
"Home Sweet Home" was printed at Flat Tail Press at Minot State University during Calliope Arts's visit to the studio in 2019.
