It is a manager's responsibility to plan, organize, staff and control to the best of his/her ability. To operate within the company in the most efficient and effective way possible, while using company resources in a productive way to accomplish its goals. This paper will discuss how a manager can accomplish this by using computer resources and how these resources must be implemented properly and the affects evaluated. Most, if not all, the material addressed could apply to managers of all size businesses. It would be poor Judgement for a manager to ignore computer applications for their business
