Abstract
This paper examines the effects of excessive screen time in children. Screen time is considered “excessive” in children when it is over an hour or two per day. Too much screen time can heavily impact a child’s life physically, psychologically, developmentally, and socially. This paper focuses specifically on how screen time affects attention, language development, eating habits, and sleep.
