Abstract
This paper tells us about the complex relationship between social media use and the mental health of young people. It addresses the negative effects of social media, such as increased suicide rates, addiction, and cyberbullying, while also bringing up the positive aspects, like personal connections. The study emphasizes the need for a healthier online environment to support mental health in young people.
