Abstract

Evidentiary document NO 3140, "Operational Situation Report USSR No. 106, issued by the Chief of the SIPO and SD," from the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials. This two page document summarizes 25 page "Top Secret" report regarding Kiev, Ukraine. The document notes that more than 33,000 Jews in Kiev were executed on September 29 and 30, 1941.
