Ohio Senator Robert Taft travels in a car during his visit to Grand Forks on 21 September 1951. Taft was in town to dedicate a power station for the Minnkota Power Cooperative.
Robert Taft, the son of President William Howard Taft, served in the U.S. Senate from 1939 until his death in 1953.
