Cartoon depicts "Mr. And Mrs. Grand Forks" holding a "Welcome to the President" sign. "Mrs. Grand Forks" remarks "It's a Good Thing We Saved It." President John F. Kennedy will visit Grand Forks, North Dakota on September 25 as part of his tour of the western reclamation states. His visit will be the first since Harry Truman made a short campaign speech in 1952. Prior to that Franklin D. Roosevelt visited in 1937.
