Description
Cartoon depicts a rooster staring at his watch while the sun is high in the sky. Daylight Savings Time became effective and will remain so until October 29 under the Federal Uniform Time Act. The North Dakota Legislature passed a bill outlawing daylight savings time but the bill was vetoed by Governor William L. Guy.
