Grand Forks Herald
Cartoon depicts "Free Enterprise" being squeezed in a vise between "Labor" and "Government." The steel industry in one week raised prices and then reversed them. Government and Labor officials felt the steel industry's action was inappropriate. John F. Kennedy asked Congress to look at wage price stability.
