Cartoon depicts "Labor" preparing to use a scissor, "Strikes," to cut off his nose, "Wages." Employers are prevented from filing in federal court to halt union strikes, despite no-strike clauses in their contracts, on the grounds that such strikes are in obvious violation of such contracts.
