Cartoon depicts Uncle Sam "The Spirit of 76" being surrounded by several figures "Spirit of 64?" who are carrying signs saying "Let the Gov't Do It For You" while playing the drums. Republicans idea of less government versus Democrats idea of more government. Cartoon was reprinted in the newsletter of Odin Langen, Congressman from Kennedy, Minnesota.
