This handwritten letter, dated March 1956 (no day), from Primrose Morgan to United States (US) Senator William Langer shows support for US Senate Bill 2151 (S. 2151). Morgan writes that in the past, the Three Affiliated Tribes have only been given small amounts of their money and she would like to see it distributed as a lump sum so that she and other tribal members might pay off debts or purchase property. She writes about the hardships experienced by members of her tribe and discusses how the money will help them.
