Description

This resolution passed by the Three Affiliated Tribes Tribal Business Council on May 13, 1954 addresses the rejection of $200 per capita payments for members of the Three Affiliated Tribes and resolves to appeal that decision. The resolution says that disapproval of $200 per capita payments would be detrimental to tribal members and that it would impair the tribe's relationship with the US Bureau of Indian Affairs. The resolution is signed by Sameul Meyers (Secretary), Martin Cross (Chairperson), and Ralph Shane (Superintendent).
