Letter dated May 3, 1933 from State Forester and President of North Dakota State School of Forestry Francis E. Cobb to William Langer recommending May 12th as the date for Arbor Day to be observed that year.
Cobb goes on to tell of the North Dakota School of Forestry's hopes and plans for planting more trees around the state.
