Letter dated May 10, 1933 from US Congressman William Lemke to Governor William Langer regarding the possiblity of building check dams for impounding water for lakes. Lemke also makes reference to "the Mexican property" and appeals to Langer to respond with funding to "protect this property until the situation changes."
