Description

This letter dated May 18, 1953, from United States Senator William Langer to United State Corps of Engineers Colonel R.J.B. Page marks the receipt of Page’s notice of public hearing. The letter thanks Page for “the public hearing for the consideration of recreational developments in connection with the Garrison Reservoir Project.” The letter concludes with Langer informing Page he will not be able to attend the public hearing. The letter is marked with the handwritten annotation “Garrison Dam.”
