Description
This letter dated January 3, 1950, from United States Senator William Langer to Frank Fox acknowledged receipt of Fox’s previous correspondence concerning the eviction from his property. The letter states Fox needs to pay the balance of his contract and encloses a copy of the wire received from Superintendent of the Fort Bert Agency R.W. Quinn in regard to the matter. The letter concludes that Langer regrets “that this report isn’t more favorable at this time.” No enclosure is included in the letter. The letter is marked with the handwritten annotation “Fort Berthold Agency.”
