Description

This letter dated April 29, 1944 from United States Senator William Langer to clerk for the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs M.E. Pool encloses a letter from Tribal Business Councilman for Fort Berthold Reservation Earl W. Bateman. The enclosed letter from Bateman is “asking for certain information regarding Indian matters.” The letter states that Pool’s help in securing the materials that Bateman is requesting will be greatly appreciated. The enclosed letter from Bateman is not included in the letter.
