This letter dated April 3, 1941, from United States Senator William Langer to William Beyer forwards a letter from Phillip Maguire to Beyer. The forwarded letter from Maguire is described by Langer as “self-explanatory,” but is not enclosed. The letter is marked with the handwritten annotation “see Maguire.”
