This telegram dated July 13, 1954 from Three Affiliated Tribes Tribal Chairman Martin Cross to United States (US) Senator William Langer invites Langer to a meeting held in New Town, North Dakota from July 15-17 regarding the release of funds held in the US Treasury to the credit of the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation.
