This letter dated April 24, 1950, from United States Senator William Langer to John Follows-the-Road marks the receipt of correspondence from Follows-the-Road where Langer reports Follow-the-Road’s application has not been received by Bureau of Indian Affairs. Langer has contacted Acting Commissioner John Provinse of Bureau of Indian Affairs on Follow-the-Road’s behalf. The letter includes the handwritten annotation “Indians.”
