Description
This hand-written letter, dated July 10, 1947, from Three Affiliated Tribes member Martin Cross to Senator William Langer, informs Langer of the establishment of the Legislative Claims Council for the Fort Berthold Reservation. Memorial and establishing articles of the Legislative Claims Counsel are enclosed with this letter.
