Description

This hand-written letter, dated February 25, 1947, from Three Affiliated Tribes member Martin Cross sent confidential care of Senator William Langer to James Archdale expresses confidence in Archdale who has been selected as a Fort Berthold delegate to address the Garrison Dam problem. Cross discusses some conflicts that he's had with the current tribal council.
