March 25, 1920, letter from North Dakota Attorney General William Langer to Earle Tostevin, requesting an investigation of the White Front Pool Hall in Tower City, North Dakota. Langer cites a complaint from Mrs. E.J. Hagen that minors are being allowed entrance to the pool hall.
