Description

This letter, dated May 22, 1952, from Dorothy Ford Gwinn on behalf of United States (US) Senator William Langer to Ralph M. Shane, Supervising Highway Construction and Maintenance Engineer for the Fort Berhold Agency in Elbowoods on the Fort Berthold Reservation, mentions an enclosed report from the US Department of the Interior regarding the centralization of purchasing at the Area Office level of the US Bureau of Indian Affairs.

The report mentioned as enclosed was not found with this letter in Langer's papers.
