Henry J. Phair was a Canadian artist who was active in the 19th century. He specialized in painting detailed watercolor landscapes of his home country, Canada. Often times his depictions involved a body of water, such as the South West Miramichi River in New Brunswick, with canoes gliding over the top.
Found inside an envelope that had the phrase “1884 some of Mr. Phair’s work” written on it.
