Artist Bio
Dennis Oppenheim was born in 1938 in Electric City, WA. Oppenheim studied at Stanford University where he obtained his MFA in 1965. He is best known for his photography, sculpture, conceptual art, earth art, installations, and performance art. Dennis Oppenheim has work in the permanent collections of the Tate Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and many others.
