Black and white photograph on panel made for display. Comes with matching text panel that says: Pictured are black lacquer hangings as Chester Fritz displayed them in the dining room of his Shanghai home. "The figures set in the lacquer are of porcelain, five colors of porcelain. These pictures are quite dramatic. The main figures are 'The Eight Immortals'. Some have a personal servant or 'follower.' It is not often that one finds this type of hanging." (Chester Fritz, October 13, 1961)
