Lee, County Supervisor for the Rural Rehabilitation Division of the Resettlement Administration to Governor William Langer, requesting that Governor Langer include a copy of the client's letter with any request for a report on the client's case. Lee goes on to explain that the County Office of the Administration is under a lot of pressure and cannot keep up with the hundreds of families they are responsible for all at one time.
