In the process of archiving the documents in this folder,
some changes had to be made to the links in order to make
them work correctly. As a result, the links in the PDF version
function slightly differently than the ones in the HTML version.

In the HTML version, you can click any link and it will take
you to the associated evidentiary document. To use this,
extract all of the files from the ZIP file and then open
assurance_agreement.html in a web browser of your choice.

In the PDF version, the links will work, but only if opened in
a native PDF reader (such as Adobe Reader).  If you try to
use the PDF file from a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), it
will not open the links to the evidentiary documents. This is the
result of browser security measures. Also, if you click a link
in the PDF it is not always obvious how to return to the main
document.  Try pressing ALT + left arrow to go back.
