This letter, dated April 18, 1952, from an unnamed administrative assistant of United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick to Phil Thoeny of Press Publications in Williston, North Dakota, replies to a letter from Theony regarding the pool level of the Garrison Dam Reservoir.
