Description
This letter, dated April 23, 1956, from Gloria Grinnell of Raub, North Dakota to United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick appears to be part of a letter-writing campaign in support of US Senate Bill 2151 (S. 2151) and per capita payments. Grinnell asks Burdick to rush the bill through. About half a dozen similar letters were in Burdick's files.
