Description

This article dated March 15, 1952 notifies readers that United States House Representative Usher Burdick has introduced a resolution to investigate the Fort Berthold Tribal council due to complaints from enrolled members over the handling of tribal funds. It is noted that although the Tribal Council denies the claims, they welcome the investigation. The article is in what appears to be a tribal newsletter, but the document is incomplete. The document contains other articles and a map of part of the Fort Berthold Reservation.
