Description
Program for the Potato Bowl, an exhibition football game featuring the Green Bay Packers. The game was played on August 11, 1952, at Memorial Stadium, and was billed as "the first time that professional football has ever been played in this area." The Duluth Eskimos were a former team in the National Football League and their name was used to drive local interest. The Eskimos players were taken from the Packers roster.
