Description
President John F. Kennedy makes his address at the UND Fieldhouse. Seated left to right are UND President George Starcher, Governor William Guy, and Senator Quentin Burdick. The back row is made up of members of the State Board of Higher Education. President Kennedy spoke to nearly 20,000 people on September 25, 1963 regarding conservation in America as well as in North Dakota.
